Where’s Chapter 69? (nice)

Hey all, me again.

Just realized it’s been almost 3 months since the last Otome Mob update. I’m still working on it, but I’m only about 25% done. I’m sure if you’re in the US you know about the shutdown, which good news for me, I wasn’t directly affected but it definitely had some downstream effects that did affect me which definitely affected the time I had to work on this.

Also, my boss took off on paternity leave, which uh, well basically they could either try to find someone to fill in for him (and eat the lead time) or it a lot of his stuff could fall onto me as I was already familiar with everything he did.

On the plus side: I have learned what it’s like to have a secretary so I feel large and in charge. Also I now have upgraded status at hotels and promotion should be a shoe in next year.

On the negative side: You know how I said travel last time was eating away at my translating time? Ahahaha, yeah, my travel has basically tripled and the last time I spent more than 3 consecutive days at home was in October. I’m trying to get a travel translation setup working but it’s been rough when I don’t have time to sit down and check how I set up my translation setup with Textractor and all that other good stuff as that was years ago.

Still working on it, hoping to have it out sometime in December as things slow down, and hopefully, my travel does too. Thanks for your patience and sorry again for the delay. Have a happy Thanksgiving if you celebrate that, and see you next chapter.
